Abstract:
The concept of eco-industrial technology based on eco-industrial theory was put forwarded.Eco-industrial technology is defined as the means to form industrial symbiotic and compound eco-industrial net or chains,which has harmonic structure and functions,being resource and energy efficient,discharging less pollution,and having more output,by the way of linking two or more production processes according to industrial ecology and systems science.The authors analyzed the connotation and characters of eco-industrial technology from aspects of linkage(or relevance),resource efficiency,environmental effect and economic effectiveness.Then,they compared the difference between eco-industrial technology and traditional technology in theoretical base,innovational aim,industrial structure,resource metabolism and environmental performance.Finally,a case study of a typical eco-industrial technology,using blast furnace slag to produce the cement,was given.
