Abstract:
With the help of Global Position System (GPS), nine surface soil samples were collected from the Taxus chinensis (Pilg.) Rehd plantation of Xiaolongshan of Tianshui City. The quantities and diversity of soil fungi were determined by dilution plate technique, and their correlations with soil fertility, soil humidity, and soil pH were analyzed. The results showed that in this region, the amount and group distribution of soil fungi showed a big spatial variability, thefermentation microorganisms of soil fungi had similarity in composition, and the dominant fungal genera are Penicillium and Mucor. The diversity of genus was relatively rich, and the index of diversity was different in different samples. The negative correlation between the quantities of fungi and pH was significant (R-0.796), the correlation among the quantities of fungi, water content andorganic matter was significant; the correlation between the Shannon-Wiener index andorganic matter was significant; the correlations among the genus and soil ecological factors were different.
