液晶热处理失重特征及其过程产物初步研究

Preliminary Study on Heat Treatment Weight Loss Characteristics and Corresponding Pyrolysis Products of LC

  • 摘要: 利用热重分析仪/傅立叶变换红外光谱仪联用研究了液晶热处理失重特征及其产物. 结果表明:液晶加热分解起始温度基本在100~120℃,热处理过程呈单一剧烈失重峰,加热至500 ℃时有90%以上的液晶分解. 有氧条件有利于液晶热处理反应快速进行,但易生成黑色残渣;无氧条件下液晶热处理产物以烃类和含苯或苯环以及CO等官能团的有机物为主. 有氧条件下液晶加热处理有利于CO2和CO的生成,同时也生成含苯环、羰基、酰基等官能团的有机物. TFT型液晶较TN型和STN型液晶热处理反应温度低.

     

    Abstract: The characteristics of heat treatment weight loss and corresponding pyrolysis products of LC were determined using an TG-FTIR analysis system. The results show that the beginning temperature of pyrolysis is at 100-120 ℃. When heated to 500 ℃, more than 90% of the LC is decomposed, and there is a single weight loss peak during the heat treatment process. Aerobic conditions were conducive to rapid response to heat treatment for LC and easy generation of black residue. In anaerobic conditions, the pyrolysis productsof LC were mainly hydrocarbons and organic compounds which comprised functional groups such as benzene or phenyl, CO and so on. Aerobic conditions are conducive to the generation of CO2 and CO as well as other organic compounds which were comprised of functional groups such as phenyl, carbonyl, aryl and so on. Thereaction temperature of TFT-LC is lower than that of TN-LC and STN-LC.
