Abstract:
East Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, is one of the core mineral-rich and eco-geological environmental protection areas in China. One way to solve the contradiction between resources development and environmental protection is to study the eco-geological environmental quality of mining activities. By analyzing the historical and present data of eco-geological environmental quality, an assessment index system divided into target layer, class index layer and basic indicators layer was established, and fifteen basic indicators layer information were selected and collected. Finally, the excellent, good, fair and poor gradings of eco-geological environmental quality were realized using multi-source data. The results were as follows: the eco-geological environmental quality is better in the South and the West than in the North and the East; the long axis of the eco-geological environmental quality polygon is mainly in the Northwest and the Northeast; the sequential or leap transition of the different eco-geological environmental quality grading is strictly controlled by topography and fracture; and, the eco-geological environmental quality is controlled by comprehensive factors over multiple periods.
