Abstract:
Based on the concept of monitoring system integration, monitoring technical specification for risk source, major hazard control, and on line monitoring of pollution source, a monitoring technology system of chemical industrial park (CIP) is promoted. The indicators, sites range and technologies of risk source monitoring are comprehensively considered in this system. The results showed that the construction of monitoring indicator system mainly considered enterprise’s internal and environmental sensitive receptors. The monitoring range should be determined from the major environmental risk source, buffer zone and environmental sensitive receptors. The monitoring technology should be selected according to the status of environmental risk source, the practical of monitoring method and the properties of environmental risk source/receptor. Finally, Minhang District of Shanghai City is taken as a case for study. There are 87major risk sources including 60tank, 12outfall, the rest scattered in the storehouse, production sites, etc by investigating and sampling. Take indicators, site range and monitoring technologies of risk source in enterprise’s internal and external sensitive receptors as research object, the monitoring programs are established for major environmental risk source in Minhang CIP. Which take the concentrations of tank and outfall as monitoring indicator, and take sensor for monitoring the tank temperature, pressure, video, level, and concentration of risk substance for monitoring instrument.
